Is it really possible to travel in Europe on $30 (€23) a day? Absolutely! I've done it twice. I went for a month in May 2006 and another month in September 2011. Both trips cost me less than $1,000 total (excluding travel costs).
This handy book will help you plan the trip of a lifetime, save money and navigate through Europe like a pro! You've got questions, this book has answers.

First of all, I've never been to Europe and will be going soon. This book was not helpful even for me. 80% of the material in this book are recommendations that anyone with common sense should know. The other 20% of the material are tips that you could easily find with a simple Google search. I have done about 2-4 hours of research online and I was able to find all the information that is included in this book.
If you are visiting Europe soon and you want to prepare for the trip, this is not the book to buy, 1 hour of Google search would teach you more than this book does (the book would take more than 1 hour to read).

Broke Backpacker Europe on $30 a Day eBook Lindsay S Nixon Nichelle Nicholes Reviews
This was a great e-book! If you have done tons of traveling before then you may find this information common sense. However I was impressed that it covered everything including cheap food, bathrooms, etiquette, what to wear, safety issues, and more. I feel so much more prepared for my first trip to Europe now!!
Not exactly what I was expecting. Can find most of this info if you know how to do a google search.
Come on. $3 for like 9 pages? That's a bit silly. This isn't even a book, it's a glorified blog post.
Really though I'd rather have just donated $3 to the author to browse her blog because this was kind of insulting.
I have wanted this book forever but didn't have a kindle ( but was able to get it on my iphone yea!
I love how concise Lindsay is in telling you every little thing she packed and how she survived overseas to when to book your bed at a Hostel and how to eat cheaply! I loved it and have no idea why it doesn't have 5 stars!
Very quick and easy read guide on making the most of your vacations. It is more realistic than some other guides that claim to help you only spend a dollar a day, whereas this is much more practical and informative.
I found that there were some good tips about when to book hostels and other things. However, the title is very misleading. I understand not including the travel cost to/from Europe in the budget, but not including attractions and transportation coat is extremely misleading and disappointing. The $30/day literally only refers to food and accommodations. It would've been much more helpful and accurate had the author included the costs of necessary travel within and between cities.
The only advice the author has to give on the topic of spending $30 a day in Europe is "budget $10 for food, and $20 for accommodations!" Advice I could have given myself. This book is not even worth the $3 to buy it. When I bought this book I expected there to be recommendations on cheap places to stay, or cheap places to eat in various popular European destinations. But all you get is "buy food at the supermarket!" If you're looking to do a cheap European trip, save your money and don't buy this book.
